Co., an Oklahoma limited liability company (“Magnesco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), may collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use magnesco.com or a Magnesco-operated product, including Keynect. Product-specific notices may supplement this policy.

We may receive account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and settings; profile details you choose to add; communications with support; and user-generated content such as posts, comments, event information, reports, or other submissions. Messages may be processed and stored when a messaging feature is available. Please avoid sharing sensitive information unnecessarily.

Services may collect device and technical information, browser or app type, operating system, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, identifiers, timestamps, pages or features used, referring URLs, diagnostic data, crash records, and security logs. We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, performance, and analytics.
4. Authentication and infrastructure
Keynect and the shared Magnesco account may use Firebase Authentication and other Firebase or Google Cloud services. Those providers may process technical, account, and service data on our behalf or under their own terms. Client configuration identifiers are not passwords, but administrative credentials and service-account secrets are kept outside public client code.
5. How we use information
We may use information to provide and maintain services; authenticate users; personalize settings without relying on engagement-driven manipulation; enable community features; respond to support; communicate important service information; detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents; enforce rules; moderate content; analyze reliability and usage; comply with law; and improve or develop features.
6. Community content and messages
Content posted to public or community areas may be visible to other users and may be copied or shared by them. Messages are intended for their participants but may be accessed when reasonably necessary for delivery, safety, abuse reports, legal compliance, or technical support, subject to applicable law and the actual product design.
7. Analytics and AI features
We may use proportionate analytics to understand performance and feature use. If an AI-powered feature is introduced, the feature will identify relevant handling or choices where appropriate. Inputs and outputs may be processed by service providers to operate, secure, or improve that feature, subject to their contracts and the notice presented with it. We do not claim that every service currently uses AI.
8. How information may be shared
We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communications, customer-support, security, and other vendors that help operate the services; with other users as directed by product features; to investigate harm or enforce rules; in response to valid legal process; with professional advisers; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not state that Magnesco Ltd. Co. sells personal information.
9. Moderation, safety, and legal requests
We may review content or account activity reported to us or flagged by safety systems and take reasonable steps to prevent spam, harassment, impersonation, illegal activity, or abuse. We may preserve or disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate violations, or respond to lawful requests.
10. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and context. Account deletion requests for Magnesco accounts and Keynect may be sent to Jude.dodson@magnesco.com. Some information may remain in backups or be retained where law, safety, fraud prevention, or legitimate recordkeeping requires it.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No service or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
12. Children and minors
The services are not intended for children under 13. Do not use the services if you are under 13. If a service permits minors, additional age requirements, parental involvement, or product-specific protections may apply. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information contrary to this policy.
13. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. You can also control certain browser cookies, device permissions, and product settings.
14. United States privacy considerations
Magnesco Ltd. Co. operates from Oklahoma, United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers. State privacy rights vary and may depend on statutory thresholds and exemptions. We will evaluate verifiable requests under the laws that apply to Magnesco Ltd. Co. and the requester.
